This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ScoopSquad ("Vendor"), a licensed pet waste removal service provider operating in the State of Colorado, and ("Client").

The property covered by this Agreement is , located at .

Vendor's primary contact at the property will be (phone: ; email: ).

Vendor will provide pet waste removal services covering contracted yard(s) at the service location. Services include scooping, bagging, and hauling all pet waste from designated areas on each scheduled visit.

Services will be performed on a [select] Weekly Biweekly (every 2 weeks) Monthly schedule. The specific day(s) of each service will be confirmed in the on-site service map attached to this Agreement.

The initial term of this Agreement is months beginning . After the initial term, the Agreement rolls month-to-month unless terminated under Section 8.

Client agrees to pay Vendor $ per yard per visit (or, if both parties elect in writing, a flat weekly rate as documented in the on-site service map). Vendor will issue a single monthly invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

Vendor is fully licensed and insured in the State of Colorado and will provide Certificates of Insurance (COIs) on request. Vendor will scoop, bag, and remove all pet waste from designated areas on each scheduled visit, will restock waste station bags and liners as needed, and will carry away all collected waste off-site for proper disposal.

Either party may terminate this Agreement under the following clause: [select] 30 days written notice (standard) 60 days written notice At-will with 14 days notice . No exit fee applies after the initial term.
