This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ScoopSquad ("Vendor"), a licensed pet waste removal service provider operating in the State of Colorado, and ("Client" or "HOA").
Vendor will provide pet waste removal services covering yard(s) within the community's common areas, including dog parks, walking trails, green belts, and maintained waste stations.
Services will be performed on a schedule. The specific day(s) of each week will be confirmed in the on-site service map attached to this Agreement.
The initial term of this Agreement is months beginning . After the initial term, the Agreement rolls to month-to-month unless terminated under Section 7.
Client agrees to pay Vendor $ per yard per visit. Vendor will issue a single monthly invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
Vendor is fully licensed and insured in the State of Colorado and will provide Certificates of Insurance (COIs) on request. Vendor will scoop, bag, and remove all pet waste from designated common areas on each scheduled visit and will restock waste station bags and liners as needed.
Either party may terminate this Agreement under the following clause: . No exit fee applies after the initial term.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
